1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our business — providing professional administrative, secretarial, typing, transcription, virtual assistance and related services — all services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Once time, expertise and resources have been committed, costs have been incurred and therefore refunds cannot be offered except in very limited circumstances (outlined below).

2. No “Change of Mind” Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • change of circumstances

  • customer dissatisfaction based on subjective preference

  • failure to read or understand service details

  • delays caused by the client

If a client chooses not to proceed after agreeing to work, charges may still apply for time already spent.

3. Deposits & Upfront Payments

Where deposits or upfront fees are required:

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable

  • Upfront payments are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced

  • Booking fees retainable upon cancellation

This applies to all services including admin support, document preparation, transcription, virtual assistant services, print and design coordination and AI-assisted support.

4. Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins

If cancellation is requested before work has started and no resources have been allocated, cancellation may be accepted at our discretion.

After Work Begins

Once work has started:

  • Full or partial charges will apply

  • Time already spent remains payable

  • No refund will be provided for completed or partially completed work

We may require payment for booked or scheduled time slots even if the client cancels.

5. Service Quality & Corrections

We aim to provide professional, accurate and high-quality work.

If there is a genuine error caused by us, we will:

  • review the work

  • offer reasonable corrections where appropriate

  • make reasonable amendments

However, this does not entitle clients to:

  • refunds

  • compensation

  • cancellation of fees

Corrections do not cover:

  • client changing instructions

  • client supplying incorrect information

  • client misunderstanding requirements

  • preference-based revisions

6. Print & Design Related Services

Where Print & Design services are arranged:

  • Printed materials cannot be refunded once approved for print

  • Design work remains chargeable once started

  • Client approval before printing is final

  • Errors due to client approval are not refundable

7. Third-Party Services

Where we work with third-party partners (e.g. printing suppliers, software tools, transcription tools):

  • Refunds are subject to partner policies

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues beyond our control

  • We cannot refund third-party costs once committed

8. Completed Work

Once work is completed and delivered:

  • No refunds are issued under any circumstances

  • Work is considered accepted upon delivery unless notified within 48 hours

9. Turnaround Times & Delays

We always aim to meet agreed timelines; however:

  • Delays caused by workload, unforeseen circumstances, technology or external factors do not qualify for refunds

  • Delays caused by client response times are the client’s responsibility

We are not liable for business loss arising from service delays.

10. Confidential or Sensitive Material

If work must be stopped due to inappropriate, illegal or high-risk content being supplied, no refunds will be given and charges for time already spent will apply.

11. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects statutory rights under UK law. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time.
